SCOTT DIENER has practiced in the personal injury field for over ten years.  He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in automobile and truck accidents, wrongful death cases, premises liability actions, dog bite incidents and products liability matters.   Mr. Diener devotes his entire practice to litigation.

Recently, Mr. Diener obtained a substantial settlement on behalf of a plaintiff who was negligently struck by a van on the Garden State Parkway.  The plaintiff underwent lumbar fusion surgery and was unable to return to his previous employment.
